All products are handmade, meaning slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other available payment methods at checkout.
Custom orders may require additional processing time and are non-refundable once production has begun.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order is shipped, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
4. Refund & Returns Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at marko@markosvart.com with your order details.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us first to confirm availability.
Exchanges are processed after the original item is returned and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
